Rehabilitate and Protect Water & Wastewater Structures
Serving the Water & Wastewater industry with an emphasis to protect the environment and human health. Epoxytec delivers sustainability by protecting against corrosion and extending the life of infrastructure. Epoxytec’s lining and rehab systems are sought after to seal from inflow/infiltration (I&I), ex-filtration, and to protect from sulfuric, H2S chemical attack found throughout the sewer and water systems. Explore the specific design systems for rehab and lining of tanks (treatment structures), lift stations (and various pump station infrastructure), manholes (and other access and maintenance holes), and pipe (sewer collection systems and large diameter water main).
Structural Epoxy Lining
Ultra-High Build, Applied Structural Coatings
Utilizing the Epoxytec CPP Product Line
Structural epoxy coatings offer water and wastewater professionals a unique applied lining system. The solution is very different from traditional coatings with a distinct benefit in film strength to hold back inflow and infiltration (I&I). A structural epoxy coating is an ultra-high build, reinforced “self-supporting” coating designed at specified thicknesses (125 mils minimum) to hold back low-pressure forces, such as I&I while protecting from corrosive hydrogen sulfide (H2S) as an internal lining system. This is accomplished with microfiber reinforced polymerization (FRP) delivering high-strength applied and bonded lining. Cured for hardened durability – thick strength performance lining.
Epoxy Cement Lining
Engineered Epoxy Modified Mortar
Utilizing the Epoxytec Mortartec Cladliner
Epoxytec’s epoxy cement lining technology combines an epoxy and cementitious liner into one technology. The system offers the advantages of an epoxy coating with the economics and application simplicity of a cementitious lining. Formulated for low-to-moderate hydrogen sulfide (H2S) conditions, this product is ideal for wastewater and sanitary sewer rehabilitation and lining. This unique combination of cement enhanced with epoxy crosslinking delivers the economic savings of cement together with the performance qualities of epoxy. Rehabilitate, repair, resurface and line with one product. Explore more about engineered epoxy-modified mortar lining.
