Factors to Consider when Lining Culverts with Spray-Applied Structural Coatings

Spray-applied structural coatings are well known for their uses in manhole and wet well lining. They are a high-strength polymer technology (such as engineered epoxy, polyurea, or polyurethane), sprayed ultra-high build, commonly specified from 125–500 mils (1/8–1/2″), and typically applied directly to a substrate or on top of surfaces.

What factors do you consider when lining culverts with spray-applied structural coatings?

Epoxytec suggests:
First: Consider the reasons for using the liner for the project
Next: Research the types of liners and their design intent
