BJWSA Structural Manhole Lining Demonstation

The Beaufort Jasper Water Sewer Authority (BJWSA) partnered with ECAN contractor RCI of Ravenel, South Carolina, to complete a demonstration rehabilitation of a sanitary sewer manhole using Epoxytec’s Ceramico and CPP Trowel-Liner systems.

The project showcased the combined performance of these technologies, delivering high-build reinforcement and long-term protection. Together, they formed a durable, monolithic lining designed to guard against hydrogen sulfide corrosion and infiltration within BJWSA’s wastewater collection infrastructure.

In partnership with RCI (Ravenel, SC) and supported by Tnemec representatives Nick Vause and Joshua Bell of TSE, the system was rehabilitated using Mortartec Ceramico and CPP Trowel-Liner—delivering structural protection engineered to withstand harsh conditions and extend service life.
