Hydroblasting with 35,000 psi.

Previously installed Epoxytec CPP (12 years in service) was blasted with 35,000 psi and remained intact. Another thin coat was simply reapplied on-top of the previous installation for added life and consistency; Epoxytec CPP can be tied into itself indefinitely, making it a very simple system to repair or recoat – making it a perfect system to maintain endlessly.

Epoxytec certified applicator,
Service Painting of Florida applied Epoxytec CPP on areas requiring reinforced bond strength.

Epoxytec CPP is used to tie into previously installed T-Lock liner. Epoxytec CPP has ultra-high bond strength to many adverse conditions or surfaces. It is tolerant to high moisture (and can even cure underwater), embedded contaminants, and can adhere to many smooth and sealed systems where other epoxies may not be able to bond.

Epoxytec CPP is used to as a resurfacer to add a reinforced (16,000 psi compressive strength) layer and adds extended corrosion protection as well. CPP reinforces, seals, and adds chemical protection to this 120″ concrete influent sewer pipe.
