Epoxytec Uroflex™ is a 100% solid, urethane-modified-epoxy (UME). Uroflex possesses the advantages of both a polyurethane and epoxy together as one technology - having the superior adhesion, tolerance and strength of an epoxy, yet combined with the flexibility (by boasting elongation up to 38%), gloss, and impact resistance of a urethane.

Epoxytec Uroflex is CIGMAT tested by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Houston for construction and rehabilitation of civil infrastructure, undergoing a battery of modified, specific industry testing.  Report results.

This hybrid technology is unique and proprietary, allowing for a coating with outperforming protective corrosion resistance. Uroflex™ is formulated to "green," environmentally friendly, 100% solid (no VOCs, no solvent). The Uroflex™ coating system is easy-to-apply by spray, brush, or roller. Conveniently mixes in a 1-to-1 ratio by volume. Uroflex™ self-levels, and can be applied up to 65 mils per coat. For long-term maintainability, the Uroflex™ system it ties back into itself indefinitely with no need for re-blasting or abrasion.
